Dr. Coleman is an experienced healthcare consultant and educator with over a decade of leadership in medical education, healthcare operations, and organizational development. She designs and delivers educational programs for residents, fellows, and faculty across Northern California, facilitates DiSC sessions, and supports ACGME compliance, wellness initiatives, and academic scholarships. As an adjunct instructor, she also teaches graduate-level courses in healthcare and business.
Previously, Dr. Coleman held leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente and affiliated organizations, including Service Unit Manager, Senior UBT Consultant, and Project Manager. She led cross-functional teams, improved clinical workflows, and advanced labor-management partnerships to drive measurable performance outcomes. She holds a Doctorate and MBA from Capella University with specializations in Leadership and Healthcare Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, East Bay.
